Piñataland at Barbes

October 9, 2009

We’ll be at Barbes on October 9th at 10pm following the one of our favorite bands Life in a Blender at 9pm. Sadly Robin Aigner won’t be singing at this show (she’ll be on a solo tour) but violinist Deni Bonet will be stepping up for some hollerin’. Bill Gerstel, Gerald Menke, and One Ring Zero’s Josh Camp will be on board for what promises to be a really fun show.

A Pinataland show grows in Brooklyn

August 15, 2009

We’ll be playing the terrific Brooklyn venue Jalopy this coming Friday, August 21 at 10pm. The truly fun washboard-swing band 4th Street Niteowls go on at 9, so come early.

Is Jalopy hard to get to? No! Only 6 blocks from the Carroll Street F/G, also I’ve been told the B61 bus from Williamsburg is a straight shot to Jalopy’s doors. Here are some directions:

This performance will feature Doug, Robin, Bill, Deni Bonet on violin, and our old friend Ross Bonadonna on bass. This is a free show (optional donation), and we hope to see you there!
